杯面，毛巾，衣物，食水
装成一袋一袋，于准备送往
灾区。我也出少少绵力，于
吃午饭些许时间，帮忙装物资
虽然有些腰疾，但得到一身出汗
若做了一场运动。。🙏
Northern our country and Hat Yai are facing flooding. When disaster strikes, help comes from all sides. Volunteers from Fo Guang Shan Dong Chan Temple are diligently packing biscuits, bread, instant noodles, towels, clothing, and drinking water into bags, preparing to send them to the flooding area. I contributed a little, helping to pack supplies during my lunch break. Although I have a bit of a back ache, I got a good sweat—like I'd had a workout.. 🙏
