The Self-Inflated Arrogance of a " Ao - Ta - bun "

I recall watching a TV series about bread making.

Flour, with yeast added, slowly ferments and expands. An ordinary lump of flour, through time and baking, eventually transforms into fragrant bread.

Watching the dough grow little by little made me think about life.

Some people struggle and overcome numerous obstacles; some achieve success and high incomes; some gain fame and fortune at a young age. This success, wealth, applause, and praise are like "yeast" added to one's heart, gradually inflating one's ego.

Initially, it's self-confidence that inflates; later, it's a sense of superiority; without self-reflection and humility, it ultimately becomes arrogance.

When a person begins to believe they are smarter, more important, and more successful than others, they easily dismiss others' opinions as noise and take their efforts for granted. Over time, what was originally admirable self-confidence transforms into conceit that commands respect but also alienates others.

 As bread rises, it brings aroma and sustenance; as the human heart expands, it may bring distance and loneliness.

Truly mature people often become more humble with success, and more grateful with achievement. They understand that their success today is not only due to hard work, but also to opportunity, mentors, teams, and the help of countless others; the convergence of numerous factors has led to their achievements.

Yeast can make dough rise, but it doesn't necessarily make bread richer; success can elevate status, but it doesn't necessarily elevate character.

Rather than becoming an ever-expanding "arrogant steamed bun," it's better to become a warm loaf of bread, sharing your abilities, experience, and blessings with those around you. This kind of life will radiate a truly lasting and captivating aroma.

布施,并不仅仅局限于金钱。经济条件较宽裕的人,可以慷慨解囊,以财施帮助有需要的人;

体力尚佳的人,可以投入义工行列,付出时间与汗水,为团体、为社会贡献一份力量;

拥有一技之长的人,也能将自己的才华化为善意。会烘焙糕点的人,可以亲手制作点心义卖;

Some people choose a simple life, dedicating their time and energy to volunteer service and charitable giving. Their lives may seem ordinary, but they are exceptionally fulfilling and meaningful. Isn't this a higher level of life experience?

The value of life lies not necessarily in what you receive, but in how much you give. When a person stops excessively calculating gains and losses and focuses their mind on giving, their heart often becomes more at ease, abundant, and joyful.

Giving is not limited to money. Those with more financial means can generously donate to help those in need;

Those with good physical strength can join the ranks of volunteers, contributing their time and effort to groups and society;

Those with a skill can also transform their talents into acts of kindness. Those who can bake can make and sell pastries;

Those skilled in teaching can share their knowledge; those who know how to care can offer companionship and encouragement.

In fact, everyone possesses their own wealth. Some possess money, some possess time, some possess skills, and some possess a heart willing to give.  Simply sharing these acts of kindness is an act of generosity.

When we gradually shift our focus from "What have I received?" to "What can I give to ?", we discover that happiness doesn't come from possession, but from helping others succeed; bliss doesn't come from taking, but from giving.

Because the hand that gives is often richer than the hand that receives. It's always felt that giving is more blessed than receiving!

Today's events were quite coincidental, and the entire theme revolved around—batteries.

I was excitedly preparing to watch the World Cup early this morning, only to find the TV remote had suddenly run out of power. In a panic, I removed the AAA batteries from the air conditioner remote and replaced them, and miraculously, it worked! Even better, Argentina won 3-2, adding a touch of joy to the morning. Opponent won respect.

Afterwards, I stopped at a gas station and bought two packs of AAA batteries as spares, This little did I know would foreshadow today's theme.

Back home, I discovered that one of the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) battery in my car was flat.
So I replaced it with the spare tablet battery I had just bought, and everything was back to normal.

Then I remembered my car main battery and realized it had been in service for over a year. For safety, I took it to a mechanic for a checkup, and the results showed it still had 68% charge, enough to continue serving me for now.

From the remote, the tire pressure monitoring system, to the main battery, this short day seemed to constantly remind me: modern society is inseparable from batteries.

Previously, when people talked about energy, they thought of coal, oil, and natural gas;
today, batteries have gradually become a crucial power source for the new era. Mobile phones need batteries, computers need batteries, cars need batteries, and even the increasingly prevalent AI robots of the future will rely on the energy provided by batteries.

As the world faces the challenges of energy transition and dwindling oil resources, the importance of battery technology will only increase. Electric vehicles are gradually replacing traditional gasoline-powered cars, energy storage systems are helping solar, wave power, and wind power to achieve greater efficiency, and the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and automation makes batteries a vital cornerstone supporting the operation of future society.

Interestingly, starting today with a small remote control battery has made me think about the future development of energy in the world.

Sometimes, the great truths of life aren't necessarily hidden in laboratories; they might be hidden in an inconspicuous little battery.

A tiny battery powers not only devices, but also propels humanity's steps towards the future.

Curiosity, Explore

一个认真严谨,一个天马行空;

一个按部就班,一个不按常理;

<Old Maps Cannot Discover New Continents>

During my student days, I once heard a scholar say this:

"To study physics today, one must proceed step by step, starting with fundamental theories, completing a bachelor's degree, then pursuing a master's and doctoral degree, accumulating knowledge and research skills step by step. Like Einstein, to emerge out of nowhere and propose the world-shaking theory of relativity is almost impossible within the modern academic system. Anyone with such unconventional ideas might even be considered abnormal, their thinking considered off track."

This statement seems reasonable, as a solid foundation is indeed indispensable for academic research. However, if we carefully review the history of scientific development, we will find that the essence of science is not just inheritance, but breakthrough; not just learning, but innovation.

The development of science is never static, but rather a continuous, wave-like advancement. Later discoveries often build upon the work of predecessors, yet constantly surpass their understanding.

Newton's discovery of universal gravitation opened the door for humanity to explain natural phenomena.  His theory successfully explained numerous phenomena, such as falling apples and planetary motion, influencing scientific development for centuries. However, when scientists attempted to calculate Mercury's orbit around the sun more precisely, they discovered a tiny but significant error in Newton's theory.

It wasn't until later, when Einstein proposed general relativity, reinterpreting gravity with the novel concept that "mass curves spacetime," that the problem of Mercury's perihelion precession was accurately explained.

This doesn't mean Newton was wrong, but rather illustrates an important fact:

Science doesn't overturn the past, but rather continuously corrects, refines, and surpasses it.

If everyone were content with existing answers, humanity might still believe the sun revolves around the earth and the earth is square; if all scholars only repeated the conclusions of their predecessors, then groundbreaking developments such as relativity, quantum mechanics, and artificial intelligence would never have emerged.

Therefore, while learning requires a step-by-step approach, thinking cannot be rigid or bound by frameworks.

 A true researcher must not only learn knowledge but also dare to question and challenge it; they must not only absorb the achievements of predecessors but also be courageous in exploring the unknown.

As the famous and widely circulated saying of the navigator Christopher Columbus goes:

"You'll never discover a new continent with an old map."

The "old map" symbolizes outdated thinking, obsolete experience, and conservative ideas; the "new continent" represents the unknown world, new opportunities, and innovative breakthroughs.

If we always view the future through the lens of the past and solve today's problems with yesterday's methods, then no matter how far we go, we'll only be circling in the old world.

Almost every great breakthrough in history has come from those who dared to step outside the box. They were not satisfied with existing answers, were not afraid to ask unconventional questions, and were not intimidated by the doubts and ridicule of others.

Innovation is not about negating tradition, but about exploring new possibilities while respecting tradition.

 As the 2025 Nobel laureate in Chemistry once reminded young researchers:

"Don't follow existing research results; think independently. This is extremely important."

This applies not only to scientific research but also to life.

Because the world is changing every day, and time never waits for those who remain in the past. Only by maintaining curiosity, continuously exploring, and daring to innovate can we find our own new continent in the ever-changing future.

Learning helps us stand firm, thinking allows us to see the distance; and innovation allows humanity to continuously cross boundaries and reach a wider world.

<The Great Power of a Small Screw>

On my way home from work, I listened to a lecture by Venerable Jue Pei, pondering a true story she shared.

She mentioned a massive airplane accident. The investigation revealed the problem lay in a seemingly insignificant small screw. The airplane was so huge, its structure so intricate, yet a single, seemingly insignificant part malfunctioned, leading to serious consequences.

At that moment, I deeply realized that even the smallest role has irreplaceable value.

The small screw may be inconspicuous, lacking dazzling brilliance and never becoming the center of attention, but it is precisely because of its silent, steadfast role that the airplane can safely fly high in the sky. Without it, the entire system might become unbalanced; without it, even a seemingly sturdy structure can collapse instantly.

Isn't life similar?

In our families, teams, and companies, we may not be leaders, the most dazzling figures, or necessarily standing in the center of the stage. However, the responsibilities we bear and the efforts we make are often an indispensable link in the overall operation.

 Therefore, there's no need to feel inferior because your position is insignificant; nor should you be arrogant because of your contributions.

Truly valuable people understand their importance but don't boast about it; they know their abilities but aren't attached to their achievements.

A small screw can stabilize an airplane; a tiny spark can illuminate darkness and even start a prairie fire. Many great achievements in the world are often the result of countless unsung heroes.

Therefore, we should learn to let go of ego, not be self-centered, not scheme against others behind their backs, and not be petty about gains and losses. Give your all within your capabilities; when the time is right, complete the task diligently.

Seek no applause, no reward, no fame or fortune.

Just knowing that you are doing the right thing is enough.

Because the stable operation of this world never relies solely on a few dazzling heroes, but on countless silently contributing "small screws," shining brightly and fulfilling their responsibilities in their respective positions.

 And this is precisely an ordinary yet great power.

<Life's Gas Stations>

Life is like a long journey; no one can race at high speed without getting tired. Taking a break at the right time is not a retreat, but a way to go further; not giving up, but a way to accumulate strength for the next start.

When you're tired, slow down and rest.

There's no need to rush to catch up with time, nor to force yourself to push yourself. Give your body a chance to rest, and your mind a quiet corner. After you wake up refreshed, you can continue your journey with renewed energy.

When your mind is blank, take a break.

When inspiration runs dry and thoughts are chaotic, try putting down your work temporarily. Open a good book and converse with wise people; take a moment to reflect and communicate with yourself. Knowledge will become new nourishment, your thoughts will be rekindled, and you can continue creating and exploring with a broader perspective.

When things are tough, keep walking along the difficult path.

Every drop of sweat, every stumble, is tempering our will. Those seemingly insurmountable obstacles will eventually become stepping stones to growth. As you walk along, your resilience grows stronger, your heart becomes more resilient, and you eventually soar against the wind.

If you cry, cry your heart out.

Don't suppress your sadness, don't pretend to be wronged. Let tears carry away the heaviness, let crying release the repression. When the tears have all flowed, the dark clouds in your heart gradually dissipate. Stepping out of that sorrowful state is like undergoing a baptism, shedding vulnerability, and welcoming rebirth.

Life has its own refueling stations everywhere.

When you're tired, rest; when you have free time, study; when you're suffering, persevere; when you cry, let it out.

Every stop is not the end, but a chance to recharge and set off again; every trough is not the end, but a prelude to a more brilliant bloom next time. Because truly strong people are not those who are never tired, but those who, after resting, still choose to bravely move forward.

若一个团队的箭头是向外的,大家共同面对市场、挑战与困难,那么团队会越来越强大;

Centripetal Force and Centrifugal Force

Everything in the universe is governed by various forces.

When an object rotates, it generates centripetal and centrifugal forces. Centripetal force keeps the object in its orbit, preventing it from drifting away from the center; centrifugal force causes the object to tend to spread outwards, moving away from the center. Similarly, a rocket can escape Earth's gravity because its propulsion is strong enough to overcome Earth's gravity and ultimately reach the wider universe.

In fact, in human society, whether it's a family, friends, team, or company, "centripetal force" and "centrifugal force" also exist.

<Centripetal Force: The Power to Unite People>

A family can maintain harmony for a long time not because there are no disputes, but because its members have love, tolerance, and a shared belief in protecting the family.

A circle of friends can last for many years not because they see each other every day, but because they trust each other, treat each other sincerely, and are willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

 A team's success isn't due to individual perfection, but rather to a shared goal, where members complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, working together towards a common objective.

A company's sustained growth isn't solely based on systems and salaries, but on leaders providing vision, respect, and opportunities for growth, making employees believe they are contributing to a valuable cause.

The sources of cohesion often include:

Shared goals and vision

Mutual trust and respect

Fair and reasonable systems

Sincere and effective communication

A culture of gratitude and inclusion

Opportunities for mutual growth

When these elements accumulate, people naturally gravitate towards the center, forming strong cohesion.

<Centrifugal Force: The Force that Drives People Away>

However, when trust begins to crumble, centrifugal force gradually emerges.

In a family, a long-term lack of communication and care can lead to growing distance, even for those living under the same roof.

Among friends, friendships filled with calculation, jealousy, and self-interest are ultimately unsustainable.

 In a team, if members shirk responsibility, attack each other, and waste time on internal strife instead of cooperation, the team will quickly lose its fighting spirit.

In a company, if leaders only know how to give orders and not listen; only demand contributions and not give recognition; only emphasize benefits and don't care about employee growth, then talented people will eventually leave.

Centrifugal force often stems from:

Lack of trust

Unfair treatment

Poor communication

Prolonged negative emotions

Selfishness and vying for credit

Lack of shared goals

These factors gradually erode morale, causing an initially united group to slowly disintegrate.

<The Greatest Danger to a Team>

A saying is worth pondering:

If a team's arrows point outward, and everyone faces the market, challenges, and difficulties together, then the team will grow stronger;

If a team's arrows point inward, and members attack, deplete, and sabotage each other, then the team will quickly fall apart.

 Many powerful organizations throughout history have fallen not to external enemies, but to internal divisions; many excellent companies have not lost to competitors, but to internal political struggles.

Therefore, a leader's most important task is not just managing affairs, but cultivating hearts and minds; not just establishing systems, but building cohesion.

Nature tells us that without cohesion, orbits will eventually break down; without gravity, planets will eventually drift apart.

The same applies to relationships between people.

Families are united by love, friendships endure through sincerity, teams are strengthened by trust, and companies prosper through a shared mission.

May we all become creators of cohesion, not creators of centrifugal forces.

Because when hearts are united, even the most ordinary group can create extraordinary power; and when hearts are scattered, even the most powerful organization will eventually decline.

Yearning for solitude is not about being antisocial, but rather a form of reflection.

Yearning for solitude is not about resisting crowds, nor is it about being indifferent or detached from the world.

It's simply a way to relax the mind and focus the thoughts.

It means maintaining harmony and respect for the people, things, and events around us; and continuing to be kind and grateful to the world.

It's about reserving a peaceful space for ourselves, living quietly, dealing with the world peacefully, and moving forward contentedly.

In moments of solitude,

we let our thoughts settle, engaging in deep and meaningful reflection thinking;

we let our imaginations soar, embarking on a boundless exploration.

We see how far our thoughts can reach,

and how deep our wisdom can touch.

Because true solitude is not about isolating ourselves from the world,

but about understanding it more deeply;

it's not about escaping crowds,

but about being able to better connect with them in the future.

May every moment of silent reflection thinking transform into a seed of warmth; may every exploration deep within the soul bear fruit beneficial to all.

Let our gains, insights, and reflections thinking become a ray of light, a source of strength, offered to those around us, and a contribution to society.

对身边的人、事、物,依然怀着和谐与尊重;

让思绪慢慢沉淀,展开一场深度的优质思考;

而是为了更深刻地理解世界;

都能化作一颗温暖的种子;

Dearest Dad,

I'm sorry I couldn't be with you today.

I'll call you at least once a day.

Every time we go out together,

I'm always so happy.

Seeing you happy makes me even happier.

Wishing you, Dad, good health and happiness every day.

Here, I wish father, and all fathers in the world, a Happy Father's Day! May you be healthy and happy every day!

My Wife's Patience and the Rebirth of Plants

Thanks to bestowed upon my wife a rare gift—patience.

She never does anything half-heartedly, nor is she impatient for quick results. Every step is meticulous, every detail treated with care. From initial planning to final completion, everything is done thoroughly and completely.

This day, I accompanied my wife as she became a little gardener.

She focused intently on pruning each plant, gently trimming withered leaves and carefully tidying the branches, as if she were whispering a conversation with the plants. I sat beside her, her most loyal listener, chatting with her about everything under the sun, enjoying this ordinary yet warm moment.

Looking at the pruned plants, I suddenly understood that pruning is not the end, but rather another form of beginning.

Some branches and leaves must be discarded, some withered leaves must be let go, so that life can make room for new growth.

When the plants re-root themselves in fertile soil, embracing sunlight, air, and rain once more, they seem to gain a second life. The withered and decaying of the past have become nourishment for growth; the scars and setbacks of the past will transform into the strength for future blossoming.

Isn't life just like that?

Everyone experiences lows, encounters setbacks and storms. Sometimes we have to say goodbye to the past, prune those branches that no longer belong to us, let go of obsessions and regrets, so that we can move forward lightly.

As long as we still hold hope in our hearts, like plants always growing towards the sun, no matter how rugged and bumpy the road ahead, no matter how fierce the wind and rain, we can still hold on to our original aspirations and strive upwards.

Because the most moving aspect of life is not that it never withers, but that even after experiencing hardships, it still chooses to start anew; even after being pruned by time, it can still grow towards the sun and thrive.

And my wife's patience is like that of a gardener who silently guards life, witnessing the miracle of every rebirth with time and love.

遇到困难时,仍然拥有重新站起来的勇气;

失落的时候,还有人愿意倾听和陪伴;

迷茫的时候,心中依然保有希望;

跌倒之后,依然相信未来会更好;

爱,其实无所不在;
善意,其实无处不有;

奇迹,就在每一次呼吸之间;
奇迹,就在每一个平凡的今天;

Life is a constant anticipation of miracles, and a constant creation of miracles!

Many people believe that miracles must be earth-shattering events; they must involve winning the lottery, achieving meteoric success, or having dreams come true overnight. However, true miracles often lie hidden in our most ordinary daily lives.

This morning, when you wake up, slowly open your eyes, feel the sunlight on your face, can move your limbs freely, and are still healthy, that in itself is a miracle.

When you greet your family with "Good morning," hear their voices, see their smiles, and feel each other's company, that too is a miracle.

At noon, a warm meal is laid out on the table, allowing you to enjoy your food peacefully, without worrying about hunger or sustenance—that, too, is a miracle.

Throughout the day, we move among crowds, brushing past countless strangers. Drivers obeying traffic rules, people yielding to each other, work completed smoothly without accidents, injuries, or sudden bad news—these seemingly ordinary things are actually miracles bestowed upon us by life.

Returning home weary in the evening to find family safe and sound, friends well, and the ability to sit quietly with a cup of hot tea, admiring the sunset or night sky, is also a rare happiness and miracle.

Even greater miracles are:

Having the courage to get back up when facing difficulties;

Having someone willing to listen and comfort you when you're down;

Having hope in your heart when you're confused;

Having believed in a better future after a fall;

Maintaining a kind heart in a chaotic world.

In fact, the greatest wealth in life is not how much you possess, but how much you know how to cherish.

When we begin to feel gratitude for these seemingly insignificant little things, we find the world changes. An ordinary day becomes filled with warmth; an ordinary life shines brightly everywhere.

 Grateful for the self I wake up to each morning, grateful for the family and friends who have accompanied me along the way, grateful for every encounter in life, and grateful for every peaceful day.

Because when you understand gratitude, you will discover:

Love is everywhere; kindness is everywhere; warmth is always present in the world.

The more understanding, tolerance, and care between people, the more beautiful the world will be. If everyone plants a seed of love in their heart, then wherever we go, we will feel human kindness; whoever we meet, we will feel warmth and goodwill.

Miracles are never far away.

Miracles are in every breath; miracles are in every ordinary day; miracles are in the moment we learn to cherish and be grateful.

May we all walk through life with grateful hearts, see miracles, create miracles, and become miracles in the lives of others.

I developed a deep fascination with sea turtles after watching a WWF documentary about their lives when I was in standard sixth.

I've had many opportunities to interact with baby sea turtles.

From group tours with my former company's Cherating Club Med, sightseeing in Segari, and events organized by my former company in Petronas in the east coast, there have always been baby sea turtle release ceremonies.

Each baby sea turtle is carefully placed on the beach, allowed to crawl towards the ocean. It's said this is to help the baby turtles become familiar with the surrounding seashore, so that they may consciously return to this beach to lay eggs and continue their lineage years later.

For some reason, every time I see baby sea turtles, my heart melts. These adorable little creatures, crawling towards the ocean to explore its world, I wish you all the best, may you overcome all difficulties, grow strong, and survive forever!

From Newton, Einstein to Quantum Mechanics: A Revolution in Human Understanding of the Universe.

Throughout the history of human exploration of the universe, our understanding of the world has undergone several revolutionary changes.

In Newton's time, people believed the universe was a precisely functioning machine. Newton's classical mechanics told us that knowing an object's position, velocity, and the forces acting on it allowed us to accurately predict its future trajectory. Under this ideology, the universe seemed like a giant clock, with each gear operating according to predetermined laws. Everything was absolute, deterministic, and predictable. With enough information, the future seemed already written.

However, in the 20th century, Einstein shattered many of these "absolute" concepts. He proposed the theory of relativity, telling the world that time and space are not fixed but change depending on the observer's state. Time stretches, space curves, and mass and energy can even be interconverted.

Although Einstein overturned many of Newton's absolute views, he still believed in the order of the universe. He believed that behind natural phenomena, there must be profound and rigorous laws governing them. The universe may be relative, but it is by no means chaotic.

Then, the birth of quantum mechanics once again shook the entire scientific community.

When scientists delved into the microscopic world, they discovered that the behavior of microscopic particles such as electrons and photons was drastically different from the macroscopic world we are familiar with. Heisenberg proposed the famous "uncertainty principle," pointing out that we cannot simultaneously and precisely know the position and momentum of a particle. Observation itself affects the observed object, and the universe no longer seemed as completely predictable as it was in Newton's time.

Faced with this result, Einstein found it difficult to accept. He famously said:

"God does not play dice."

He believed that there must be some hidden laws deep within the universe, which humanity had not yet discovered. However, the development of quantum mechanics has continuously shown that at the microscopic level, the world does not operate according to a definite trajectory, but unfolds in the form of probability.

Later, scientists even further discovered that it seems God not only plays dice, but also throws them in places we cannot see. We cannot accurately predict the behavior of every single particle, but we can precisely calculate its probability of occurrence. Individual events are full of uncertainty, but a large number of events exhibit astonishing regularity.

 Thus, humanity's understanding of the universe has undergone a profound transformation:

From Newton's "absolute and certainty," to Einstein's "relative but ordered," and then to quantum mechanics's "uncertainty yet computability."

We have gradually come to understand that the universe is neither a simple mechanical clock nor a chaotic world devoid of any rules. It is more like a magnificent and profound symphony, playing melodies we have not yet fully comprehended, between certainty and uncertainty, order and randomness.

The advancement of science has not made the universe simpler; on the contrary, it has shown us that the world is more mysterious than we imagined. Every theoretical breakthrough is not the end, but a new starting point for reaching deeper truths.

A unified theory encompassing the universe is not yet complete..

For health, for the environment, for the planet.

In the blink of an eye, this year marks my third consecutive year participating in Vegrun, a deeply meaningful event. From an initial participant to now a practitioner of its principles, each step has deepened my understanding of the importance of healthy living, vegetarianism, and environmental protection.

Vegrun is more than just a running event; it's an action to care for the planet. It promotes a healthy lifestyle, encourages people to reduce their environmental burden through vegetarianism, and raises public awareness of ecological conservation. Every step taken is a commitment to health; every sustained participation is a safeguard for the future of our planet.

The Earth is our shared home, and environmental sustainability requires everyone's participation and effort. I hope that events like Vegrun can continue to be promoted, allowing more people to join the ranks of those who value health, environmental protection, and love our planet, working together to create a better living environment for future generations.

 Let's continue running together for health, for the environment, and for our planet! 🌎💚

A great learning experience.

My car's CD player played a trick on me. The player software couldn't be upgraded anymore.

I took it back to the car accessories shop and asked,

"Why didn't you say beforehand that the player software would eventually need upgrading?" The shopkeeper just laughed it off.

Later, my wife, who's good at online shopping, bought a player that we both liked.

That's when the learning sessions started.

I found the CD player brand's assembler online.

As soon as I contacted them, they poured cold water on my enthusiasm..

"You bought a old version unit. Your car old frame needs to be replaced and modified, and the reversing camera also needs to be replaced."

I went to a nearby auto accessories store.

"You bought a universal one. With your car old frame installed, there will be small seams on both sides of the player, which won't look nice. Your new player doesn't seem to have a reversing camera connection. Did you buy the wrong one?" "You bought it online, it's very expensive. Our store's is cheaper and of better quality. You bought this record player because you want to appreciate and enjoy its sound quality, right?"

Then I went to a familiar auto accessories store, and luckily, the owner recommended a nearby car accessories assembly shop. This shop had a very laid-back owner. He looked at my CD player and said, "We can install it." His price was 50% cheaper than the previous two shops. In less than an hour, the player was fully installed, and the radio, sound system, and audio-visual functionality all suited my needs perfectly.

As I reversing my car and left the shop, I was already thinking that if any of my relatives or friends needed it, I would definitely recommend this shop to them, all because of the owner's laid-back attitude.

In business, everyone inevitably wants to make a profit. However, if you can sincerely and genuinely consider the customer's needs and provide excellent service to solve their problems, even if the price is slightly higher than the market price, the customer will be willing to accept it.

When you create a good reputation, word spreads from one person to another, and your business will thrive. You'll not only attract more new customers, but also have plenty of repeat customers!

The "Sky Mirror" event felt like a carnival party in the sea after the tide receded.

Boats carrying tourists arrived from all directions, and once the water receded enough for walking, tourists slowly disembarked.

At first, it didn't seem particularly special. The tour guide was seen lying on the seabed (the mud we were walking on), digging tirelessly to create a small pool to hold water. The guide had brought "capes" to surround the pool, placing special umbrellas on top, thus setting up an outdoor photo booth.

The guide then started taking pictures. Families and groups of friends posed in front of the pool against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, creating the "Sky Mirror."

 According to the Malay boatman who brought us here (he did two or three jobs), this place used to be a place where fishermen worshipped their gods. Before the pandemic, it was teeming with tourists from all over the world. He said that during the pandemic, his income was zero, and life was extremely difficult. Now, the tourism industry is gradually recovering, and he's grateful that the burden of supporting his wife and children has been greatly relieved. His children are what motivate him to continue working and supporting his family!

On the return trip, heading towards land, I recalled the tour guide's painstaking efforts in building the "outdoor photography studio," and the boatman's kind words. I realized that the most basic survival skill is "filling one's stomach"—having to feed oneself and, more importantly, having the responsibility to feed one's family.

 The moon waxes and wanes, the tides rise and fall; everything is in flux. Nothing is ever truly ours for granted. When circumstances are favorable, we must not forget the hardships of adversity. When problems and bitterness arise, remember not to give up, grit your teeth and persevere. After the rain, the sun will shine again... Grateful! 🙏

有功劳时,人人抢着站前面;

有责任时,人人急着撇清;

同事成功,会被嫉妒;

别人出错,会被放大;

好员工离开;

团队士气崩塌;

夫妻互不尊重;

兄弟姐妹互相算计;

长辈晚辈彼此冷漠;

先解决问题,而不是先找替罪羊;

先保护团队,而不是先保护面子;

MERDEKA Tower 118 KL
